Arrested for Grand Larceny
On September 21, 2011, Ellen Carrion, also known as Ellen Deese, 39, of Frost Avenue in Rochester was arrested for grand larceny. While working as a home health aide, Carrion used the victim's bank account information to pay for a car and car insurance.
Arrested for Petit Larceny
On September 26, Harold Williams III, 55, of Cady Street in Rochester was arrested for stealing steaks from Tops on S. Clinton Avenue.
Sometime between 7:30pm on September 22 and 11:30am on September 23, the suspect stole a MacBook, a cell phone charger, and some notebooks out of the trunk of the victim's car on Greystone Lane.
Unlawful Possession of Personal ID Information
On September 19, the suspect used the victim’s credit card number to make an unauthorized purchase.
At 7:43pm, a man stole two bottles of alcohol from Yaeger’s Fine Wines & Spirits on Monroe Avenue.
Sometime between 2:40am and 2:45am on September 25, the suspects damaged two lamp posts in the apartment complex on East Avenue.
Sometime between September 5 and 26, the suspect tampered with knobs and broke the igniter button on the victim’s gas grill on Sandringham Road.
At 10:00am on September 22, the suspect called, pretending to be a relative involved in an accident in Mexico who needed a large sum of money. The potential victim said she didn’t have that much money, and after the suspect hung up, she called her relatives and confirmed that this was a scam.
