Four people have been arrested in connection with bank robberies in Monroe County.
The Monroe County Sheriff's Office has arrested 24-year-old Israel Romero of Rochester, 23-year-old Sarah Cooney of Penfield, 48-year-old Jeffrey Bliss of Rochester and 27-year-old Anthony Way of Irondequoit in connection with the crimes.
The Sheriff's Office says the five banks were robbed between September 22 and October 9, 2012.
All four individuals were charged with second-degree robbery and arraigned in Penfield Town Court.
Romero, Cooney and Way were remanded to the Monroe County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash bail. Bliss was remanded to the Monroe County Jail without bail.
